Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor a team of search and social media practitioners, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous performance improvement
• Activation Strategy: Develop and execute performance activation strategies that maximize ROI for addressable media investments across search, social, and digital channels
• Performance Management: Monitor KPIs, optimize campaign performance, and ensure clients receive measurable results and transparency
• Client Solutions: Partner with client teams to identify growth opportunities and deliver data-driven, integrated activation campaigns
• Budget Oversight: Manage addressable investment allocation, ensuring efficient spend and strategic resource deployment
• Industry Leadership: Stay current with platform updates, emerging technologies, and best practices; position Omnicom as a thought leader in performance activation

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years in digital marketing with 5+ years in performance media or search/social advertising
• Proven track record leading high-performing teams
• Deep expertise in search and social advertising platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
• Exceptional communication and client management skills
• P&L management experience

$180-190k

Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
