Key Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain Market Requirements Specifications (MRS), business plans, value propositions, product positioning, and winning product definitions to drive sustainable revenue growth, market share expansion, and competitive differentiation.
  • Lead market entry strategies, customer engagement plans, technology roadmap alignment, and new application development to identify, develop, and capture business opportunities across Memory, Foundry, Logic, Advanced Packaging, and ICAPS segments.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, competitive landscape, and third-party industry reports to shape business strategy and go-to-market (GTM) plans.
  • Conduct Total Addressable Market (TAM), Serviceable Available Market (SAM), and Serviceable Obtainable Market (SOM) assessments, including ROI benchmarking against existing technologies.
  • Perform pricing analysis and recommend pricing strategies to maximize market penetration and profitability.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment of product strategy and GTM execution.
  • Develop and monitor key business metrics, including adoption rates, conversion metrics, revenue impact, market share, and growth indicators.
  • Create compelling customer-facing presentations, marketing collateral, value proposition materials, and sales enablement content.
  • Support development of customer personas, customer journey mapping, and segmentation strategies to enhance customer engagement and market penetration.

Qualifications / Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Semiconductor Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in market analysis, product marketing, GTM strategy, business planning, or product management, preferably within the semiconductor industry.
  • Strong understanding of TAM/SAM/SOM modeling, ROI analysis, pricing strategy, and market research methodologies.
  • Ability to analyze customer requirements, industry trends, competitive intelligence, and third-party market reports.
  • Experience developing business cases, product positioning, customer presentations, and marketing collateral.
  • Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with semiconductor markets, including Memory, Foundry, Logic, Packaging, and ICAPS segments is preferred.

Salary Range:

$152,000.00 - $208,500.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
