Contract Duration: 18 Months+ with possible extensions and Fulltime conversion
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of Database Engineering experience, or equivalent
- 7+ years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence, analytics, reporting, or related technology disciplines.
- Extensive experience designing and developing Power BI dashboards and enterprise reporting solutions.
- Advanced experience with Tableau or comparable visualization platforms.
- Strong expertise in SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data integration techniques.
- Experience working with Agile, Product, Engineering, or Technology delivery organizations.
- Ability to synthesize complex data into meaningful business insights and executive narratives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

What You Will Be Doing
- Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Database Engineering.
- Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Database Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
