Strong communication, influencing, and analytical skills; able to translate complex concepts into clear narratives and recommendations. Proven ability to manage scope, set expectations upward, navigate governance structures, and keep interdependent workstreams aligned. Demonstrates a leadership style that builds trust, encourages open dialogue, fosters collaboration, and inspires confidence across extended teams. Models a high‑performing ethos grounded in accountability, transparency, curiosity, and constructive challenge. Ability to make data‑driven decisions, anticipate risks, and maintain delivery discipline in ambiguous environments.
