What You'll Do
-
Coordinate the facility's wound care and skin management program
-
Develop and update individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team
-
Assess wounds, monitor healing progress, and implement treatment plans
-
Educate residents, families, and staff on wound care and prevention
-
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to ensure quality outcomes
-
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with nursing standards
What You'll Need
-
Current Washington Registered Nurse (RN) license
-
Clinical experience in wound care, skilled nursing, long-term care, or geriatrics preferred

Knowledge of infection control principles and nursing best practices

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members

Ability to adapt to changing resident and facility needs
