An established software company serving the financial services industry is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead multiple product engineering teams in Minneapolis, MN. This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity (3 days onsite) focused on modern SaaS platform development, distributed systems, .NET microservices, and AI-enabled engineering practices.

• Support hiring and talent development activities
• Promote responsible AI adoption across engineering
• Collaborate with product and executive leadership
• Influence technology strategy and platform evolution
