What You'll Do

  • Coordinate and oversee wound care services throughout the facility

  • Assess, monitor, and treat residents with wounds and skin concerns

  • Develop and update individualized wound care plans

  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to support healing and recovery

  • Educate staff on wound care best practices and skin management

  • Monitor outcomes and support quality improvement initiatives

What You'll Need

  • Current Washington LPN license (or NLC-eligible)

  • Wound care experience preferred

  • Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills

  • Knowledge of wound care, skin management, and infection prevention practices

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
