<p>POSITION SUMMARY: </p><p>Responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of Point-of-Sale (POS) data systems across Out of the Box (OOTB) Brands’ restaurant locations. This individual ensures data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility to support seamless business operations and informed decision-making. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and vendor partners to implement new menu items, promotions, and pricing strategies while ensuring system stability and compliance with company standards. </p><p>KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: </p><p>• POS Data Management: Maintains and updates POS databases, including menu configurations, pricing, ingredients, and recipes, ensuring consistency across all locations. </p><p>• System Support & Troubleshooting: Provides frontline technical support for POS-related issues, diagnose and resolve data inconsistencies, and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs). </p><p>• New Product & Promotion Execution: Works with external vendors to support the implementation of new product launches, promotions, and pricing changes to align with company strategies. </p><p>• POS Data Quality Assurance: Conducts rigorous testing before deployment, implement automated data validation processes, and ensure data integrity across all platforms. </p><p>• Restaurant Onboarding Support: Assists in the setup and configuration of POS systems for new restaurant openings, ensuring a seamless transition into company operations. </p><p>• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works closely with operations, marketing, finance, and IT teams to support business objectives and optimize POS system performance. </p><p>• Menu Innovation: Executes rapid menu tests in collaboration with operations and marketing to drive product innovation. </p><p>• Process Improvement: Identifies and implements best practices for POS data management, streamlining tools and workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy. </p><p>• Documentation & Compliance: Maintains comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance. </p><p>• Strategic Support: Assists the Senior Manager in executing business initiatives, supporting innovation, and contributing to overall operational success. </p><p>• Performs other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required, assigned, and directed. </p><p>QUALIFICATIONS: </p><p>Education – Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field preferred. </p><p>Experience – 3-5 years of experience in POS system administration, data management, or a similar role within the restaurant or retail industry. </p><p>Skills/Knowledge/Abilities  </p><p>• Strong technical proficiency in POS platforms, database management, and system integrations. </p><p>• Experience with menu configuration, pricing structures, and promotional rollouts. </p><p>• Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues and identify system improvements. </p><p>• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external vendors. </p><p>• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. </p><p>• Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and quality assurance. </p><p>• Proficient knowledge of personal computers and Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. </p><p>• Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior. </p><p>Physical Requirements: Ability to speak/hear clearly in person and on the telephone. Ability to operate a personal computer. Requires extended periods of time working on a computer terminal.
