What You'll Do
-
Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
-
Help residents improve daily living skills, mobility, and independence
-
Provide therapeutic interventions tailored to resident goals

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
-
Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Educate residents and families on strategies for continued success
What You'll Need
-
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
-
Current Washington Occupational Therapist license in good standing
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or post-acute care experience preferred
