What You'll Do

  • Assist residents with occupational therapy treatments and activities

  • Help residents improve daily living skills, mobility, and independence

  • Support individualized therapy goals and treatment plans

  • Monitor resident progress and communicate updates to the therapy team

  • Educate residents on adaptive equipment and safe techniques

  • Help create positive rehabilitation outcomes for residents

What You'll Need

  • Associate degree from an Occupational Therapy Assistant program

  • Current Washington OTA license in good standing

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred

  • Passion for helping residents improve their quality of life
