Teach, train, and coach branches leadership in the areas of sales, marketing, profit growth and market share. Foster professional business relationships with all levels of management. Develop and grow working/business relationships with all major chain customers. Provide strong customer management. Develop and communicate the business plans, establish goals and objectives, monitor results and recourse as necessary to ensure the desired results. Deliver the business plans by providing leadership, focus, and motivation. Lead by example with integrity and maintain the company's principles and values. Meet monthly sales targets and income goals. Maintain expenses within fore-casted levels. Set, implement and monitor trade execution standards for Direct Store Delivery. Standards include account frequency, display diagrams, equipment sets, and account service levels, including merchandising standards. Participate in regular business reviews and trade field surveys. Ensure administrative responsibilities are executed in a timely and effective manner to maximize productivity of branches operations. Develop and monitor staffing levels for the branches operations. Maintain company safety standards throughout the branches. High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred 7 years consumer products sales experience in progressively responsible positions 5 years previous management/supervisory experience Valid driver's license
