No new H1B Transfers.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the company</strong></p><p><br></p><p>This company is focused on automating the busywork out of insurance, specifically targeting the P&C insurance industry, which is traditionally reliant on outdated systems like fax machines and filing cabinets. They are automating processes carrier by carrier, workflow by workflow.</p><p><br></p><p>The team consists of 8 people and is backed by top fintech funds, ex-Plaid operators, and insurance industry insiders. They achieved 6x revenue growth last year and are targeting 10x this year, with a Series A closing soon.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the role</strong></p><p><br></p><p>As a Senior/Staff Backend Engineer, you will play a foundational role in designing and implementing end-to-end workflows for insurance agencies. This involves integrating with low-tech systems and building reliable automation on top of them.
