PURPOSE OF POSITION: The Rental Shop Lead Technician is responsible for supervising boot and ski technicians and assisting rental shop management in maintaining functional and efficient shop procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise boot and ski technicians
- Assist with employee performance evaluations for boot and ski technicians
- Assist with technician operations as needed
- Coordinate and assist with pre-season training
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must hold (or be willing to acquire) a Rossignol Rental Shop Technician certification
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform the physical demands of the position, including standing, bending, twisting, reaching, and repetitive movements throughout shifts
- Must be able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

PAY RATE:
- Pay: $22.00 per hour
