Shift Supervisor – Autonomous Vehicle Operations

Location: Houston, TX   $36 per hour plus benefits Pay: $36/hour      Houston Texas full time position Schedule: Full-Time | On-Site | Contract Call 269-408-6738 7 AM to 7 PM daily!!!

We are hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead a team of Autonomous Vehicle Operators. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on safety, daily vehicle operations, testing, and team performance.

Duties

• Supervise and support Vehicle Operators

• Ensure safe vehicle testing and daily operations

• Train, coach, and provide feedback to team members

• Coordinate schedules and shift activities

• Help troubleshoot operational and technical issues

• Work alongside the team as needed

Requirements

• 12+ months of autonomous vehicle operator experience

• Active AVT permit

• Excellent driving record

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment

Shifts: AM: 6:45 AM–3:15 PM PM: 3:45 PM–12:15 AM Weekend availability required.
