JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Communication- **Answer, screen and direct incoming telephone calls and e-mail messages. Greet and direct visitors to the department.

-** Administration- **Perform administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry.

-** Materials and Supplies- **Stock and maintain supplies within the department. May transport correspondence, files or supplies to other departments.

-** Project Support- **Perform a variety of tasks related to supporting departmental projects.

Provides general business support for routine functions.**

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
