Business Analyst - Data Analyst We're looking for a Business/Data Analyst who can combine strong data skills with technical problem-solving, working closely with both business and technical teams. What You'll Do

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports (Power Query, DAX, data modeling)
• Write SQL queries to analyze, validate, and integrate data
• Support business decisions through data and operational analysis
• Build scripts, tools, and automations using Python, JavaScript, SQL, and APIs
• Test systems and validate data quality (QA)
• Spot opportunities to improve data, reporting, and processes
• Maintain existing dashboards, integrations, and automation tools
• Work with Product Owners, Business Analysts, developers, GIS staff, and other stakeholders
• Document technical work and support training/knowledge-sharing

What You Need

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years in data analysis, systems analysis, BI, or application support
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, SQL, and relational databases
• Experience with Python, JavaScript, or APIs
• Strong communication skills — able to work with both technical and non-technical people

Nice to Have

• Accela Civic Platform experience
• Background with local government planning/permitting/licensing systems
• Agile experience
• Familiarity with Jira, SSMS, SharePoint, Teams, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint
