Manager Operations/ Surgical Service at St Mary Medical Center - This position is full time, variable shift.
Under the direction of the Exec Dir, Surgical Services, the Business Operations Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and controlling material resources and business activities to support quality services in Perioperative, Cardiac and Interventional Radiology Services (Periop Services). Oversees billing functions and systems, financial operations (including profit and loss), cost containment policies and procedures, budgeting, product value analysis, capital acquisition, and business analytics. Is involved in strategic planning and actively collaborates with the departments management team, physicians and other inter-department personnel and committees.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or management or currently enrolled with completion date within 2 years or equivalent education/experience
- 3 years hospital experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree
- 2 years OR experience

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
