The Process Operator III Assist the Dip room operator with the aluminum dip braze process during Weekend Shift operations
. They also maintain production equipment and review data to ensure product quality.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Dip room operator with the aluminum dip braze process during weekend shift operations.
- Support production flow by moving parts through the line efficiently to meet weekend shift targets.
- Prepare materials for processing by sandblasting baskets and racks for production readiness.
- Learn to operate equipment such as Positech hoists and FANUC robots under supervision and training.
- Help ensure all parts meet quality standards and production goals before shift completion.
- Follow strict safety protocols and consistently wear required PPE (face shield, gloves, apron, etc.).
- Participate in training, shift briefings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in area of responsibility.
- High attention to detail with a strong commitment to safety.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Comfortable working around heat and chemicals (training and safety gear provided).
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work evening hours consistently.
