Translate product requirements into robust manufacturing test solutions by defining test sequences, pass/fail criteria, and production test methodologies.

Design, specify, source, validate, and sustain test fixtures, adapters, cabling, and tooling required to interface products with manufacturing test systems.

Collaborate with Central Test Engineering to integrate product-specific test requirements into standardized test platforms and ensure successful deployment to production. Maintain overall test platform knowledge to provide feedback, design change requests, and repair requests to Central Test Engineering.

Write, debug, and maintain automated test scripts and software routines used in production test environments.

Troubleshoot test software, hardware, fixture, and process-related issues using structured root cause analysis methodologies.

Analyze manufacturing and test data to identify trends, improve first-pass yield, reduce test escapes, and increase equipment uptime and throughput.

Support new product introductions by developing and validating production-ready test processes and fixtures.

Partner with Design Engineering, Product Engineering, Quality Engineering, Software Engineering, and Operations to improve product testability and manufacturing performance.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, cycle time, reliability, and operational efficiency.
