About the job
Designing and developing advanced AI capabilities, including container execution and complex document generation. Building AI-driven computer and tool-use capabilities for enterprise-scale production environments. AI-native delivery — Uses AI tools across the SDLC in a disciplined way, owns the quality of AI-generated code and docs, and helps the team do the same. Code quality and review — Writes secure, maintainable, well-tested code and raises the bar through timely, insightful reviews that coach other engineers. Architecture ownership — Leads design discussions and owns architecture for products/solutions, weighing trade-offs across performance, scalability, resiliency, COGS, and disaster recovery. Test strategy — Defines test plans that prevent regressions, cover security invariants and negative cases, and improve suite speed, reliability, and defect localization. Security and compliance by design — Applies "security as code," works with security partners on threat models and breach drills, and enforces privacy, accessibility, and regulatory requirements with auditable evidence. Planning and safe deployment — Drives project and release plans, runs experiments with feature flags, automates deployment toward zero-touch, and maintains rollback and capacity plans. Live-site reliability — Serves as DRI on-call, drives telemetry and observability, leads incident retrospectives, and implements repair actions that reduce recurrence. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. Ability to communicate technical details clearly across organizational boundaries. Ability and effectiveness working end-to-end in a challenging technical problem domain (plan, design, execution, continuous release, and service operation). Experience with shipping internet scale, low latency and high throughput systems AI products. Customer/End-result/Metrics driven in design and development.
