Job Summary:

Serves as primary customer contact to promote quality customer service and increase business within the branch location.

We are looking for a talented Service Administrator to join our Distribution business in (Anchorage, AK).

100% Onsite

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Openandmanageworkorders,servicerequests,quotes,andrepairplans

  • Coordinateserviceworkbyschedulingtechniciansandmonitoringprogress

  • Providecustomerswithtimelyupdatesonrepairstatus,schedules,andwarrantyclaims

  • Processwarrantyclaimsandensureallrequireddocumentationiscompletedaccurately

  • Maintaindetailedservicerecordsanddocumentationwithinbusinesssystems

  • Collaboratewithtechnicians,ServiceSupervisors,andTeamLeadstosupportefficientserviceoperations

  • Monitorkeyservicemetrics,includingcustomersatisfactionandlaborproductivity

  • Financialacumenandtheabilitytoexplainservicechargesandrepairrecommendations

  • Experienceusingservicemanagementsystemsandelectronicservicetoolspreferred

  • Coordinate service requests by working with customers and technicians to prepare quotes, schedule appointments, and ensure timely completion of service work.

  • Manage warranty claims and documentation, including verifying eligibility, submitting required paperwork, and tracking claim status through resolution.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates on service schedules, work progress, and warranty-related inquiries.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

Technical trade school/ vocational diploma or certification or equivalent experience required.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:

Requires significant and/or in-depth knowledge obtained through specialized training.

Compensation and Benefits Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
