What You'll Do

Complete nutrition assessments and develop individualized nutrition plans

Monitor residents' nutritional needs and progress

Collaborate with nurses, therapy staff, providers, and dietary services

Support compliance with nutrition and regulatory standards

Provide nutrition education and guidance to staff and residents

Help improve resident health, wellness, and quality outcomes
What You'll Need

Registered Dietitian credential

Clinical nutrition experience preferred

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge of long-term care or rehabilitation settings
