About the job

Role Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with build and test technicians to identify process improvement opportunities

  • Execute time studies on the build and test lines

  • Lead small manufacturing process improvement projects

  • Develop and update operation method sequences (OMSs)

  • Support manufacturing engineering with part defect root cause analysis and processing

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field

  • Student must be in good academic standing, with a GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale.

  • Demonstrated skills in troubleshooting and hands-on problem solving

  • Must be a quick learner and willingness to learn new skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Engineering experience in development or manufacturing environment

Salary Range: $28-32

Location: Full-time; Onsite in Austin, TX
