Internet Car Sales Advisor — Long Beach Honda (Ken Garff Automotive)

At Long Beach Honda, we're not your typical dealership. We move fast, grow intentionally, and put our people first — and we're looking for an Internet Sales Advisor who's ready to do great work.

You're a fit if you:

• Love a commission-driven environment where effort directly drives income
• Stay cool under pressure and juggle multiple leads without dropping the ball
• Have 1–2 years of new car dealer experience (Honda experience is a plus)

What you'll do:

• Guide online, phone, and walk-in leads through the buying journey
• Keep customers engaged with friendly, consistent follow-up
• Build product knowledge through ongoing training

What you'll earn:

• $3,500–$10,000+/month (hourly base + commission/bonuses; top performers earn six figures)
• 401(k) with company match + year-end Garff Giveback bonus for all employees
• Medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance
• FSA, EAP, mental health support
• Wellness time off, holidays, and a Personal Purpose Day
• Employee discounts on vehicles, parts, and service
