What You'll Do
-
Supervise daily nursing operations and support the nursing team
-
Assess resident needs and help develop individualized care plans
-
Ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate care
-
Coordinate care with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
-
Support and mentor CNAs and nursing staff
-
Promote quality outcomes, resident satisfaction, and regulatory compliance
What You'll Need
-
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas

Clinical assessment and nursing leadership skills
-
Long-term care experience preferred
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to lead and work effectively within a team

Basic computer skills and ability to pass employment screenings
