Front Desk – Dental Office

Job Summary
As a Front Desk team member, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors. You will greet patients, answer and manage incoming calls, coordinate the Doctor and Hygienist schedules, assist with insurance and billing questions, and help keep the day running smoothly.
Our office is fast-paced, so we are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable multitasking, and enjoys working as part of a team. We pride ourselves on maintaining a professional, supportive, and welcoming environment for both our patients and employees.
Primary Responsibilities
- Greet patients by name and provide a warm, friendly welcome.
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally.
- Schedule and confirm Doctor and Hygienist appointments.
- Complete daily insurance verifications for scheduled patients.
- Assist patients with billing and insurance questions.
- Submit insurance claims with appropriate attachments and narratives.
- Follow up with patients regarding unscheduled treatment and recare appointments.
- Help maintain an organized schedule and exceptional patient experience.
- Work closely with the clinical and administrative teams to support daily office operations.
Qualifications
Dental experience is required.
- 2–3 years of dental front desk experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional, dependable, and self-motivated.
- Ability to build positive relationships with patients and team members.
- A team-oriented attitude and commitment to providing outstanding patient care.
Compensation & Benefits
- $23–$26 per hour, depending on experience, plus bonus opportunities

Schedule
Monday–Wednesday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Thursday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Friday: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM every other Friday
