A leading professional services and technology company is hiring a Legal Invoice Review Quality Assurance Analyst for a hybrid opportunity in Kennesaw, GA, Minneapolis, MN, Coppell, TX, or Wichita, KS. This is a great opportunity for an attorney or legal professional with legal billing experience who wants to move beyond traditional practice while continuing to use their legal knowledge every day in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

You'll work directly with law firms, review complex legal invoices, evaluate disputed billing decisions, and serve as a trusted subject matter expert. Required Skills & Experience

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree required
  • Legal billing experience required
  • Experience reviewing legal invoices, billing guidelines, or legal fee documentation
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology and legal concepts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to independently analyze complex information and make sound decisions

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience with legal bill review, e-billing, or legal operations
  • Experience working with law firms, attorneys, or legal vendors
  • Experience handling billing disputes and appeals
  • Familiarity with outside counsel billing guidelines
  • Experience documenting findings and recommendations
  • Strong attention to detail in a high-volume environment
  • Background in quality assurance, audit, compliance, or review functions

  • 60% Reviewing and auditing legal invoices for accuracy and compliance
  • 20% Managing appeals and communicating with law firms regarding disputed charges
  • 10% Documenting findings and preparing client-facing summaries
  • 10% Collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and quality standards
