Maintain and manage maintenance inventory data within SAP and MRP systems. Review inventory minimum and maximum levels and generate purchase requisitions as needed. Perform weekly cycle counts and report inventory accuracy results. Support maintenance technicians by identifying, locating, and issuing parts. Develop and maintain resources that support preventative maintenance activities. Manage maintenance department shipping and receiving activities. Partner with existing and prospective suppliers to support inventory needs. Collaborate with Finance and Inventory Control teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including SOX controls. Utilize SAP and Microsoft Excel to identify obsolete, low-usage, non-economical, and excess inventory items. Analyze parts usage data to identify recurring equipment failures and repair trends. Organize and optimize inventory storage locations to improve efficiency and accessibility for maintenance technicians. Assist with rebuilding mechanical components and perform other duties as assigned by maintenance leadership. Minimum of two years of experience in a similar inventory, maintenance, or storeroom role. Previous maintenance experience preferred. Experience with SAP or a comparable CMMS system preferred. Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word). Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to regularly lift up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to frequently kneel, squat, bend, stoop, twist, reach overhead, and perform repetitive motions. Ability to push and pull up to 1,500 pounds using provided material-handling equipment.
