What You'll Do

Evaluate residents and develop individualized speech therapy treatment plans
-
Provide speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy services
-
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and rehabilitation team members
-
Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Educate residents and families on therapy goals and home programs

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports
What You'll Need
-
Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology
-
Current Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of Utah
-
Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or related settings preferred
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team

Strong organizational and documentation skills
