What You'll Do
-
Lead the MDS and resident assessment process
-
Ensure assessments and documentation are completed accurately and on time
-
Coordinate care planning with the interdisciplinary team
-
Support Medicare and Managed Care requirements
-
Help drive quality outcomes and reimbursement accuracy
-
Serve as a key resource for MDS, care planning, and compliance
What You'll Need

Current Washington RN license (or NLC-eligible)
-
Previous MDS and skilled nursing facility experience required

Strong knowledge of the RAI process and case management

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to pass required employment screenings
