Table Games Supervisor - Full Time (Horseshoe Hammond)

About the job

Monitor table game activity to ensure game integrity, record player statistics and ensure proper payouts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all pit games in assigned pit.  Maximum number of tables to monitor is seven (7).
• Open and close table games in assigned area verifying count as provided by the Dealer.
• Inspect card decks prior to play.
• Track and record player buy-ins, wins, losses and bet amounts.
• Monitor bets and payouts are correct as needed.
• Complete rating cards for players.
• Initiate and verify fills to tables.
• Process player requests for credit and extend to guest upon approval.
• Investigate and resolve guest complaints or concerns in accordance with standard procedures.
• Provide complimentary items to guest as requested in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Coordinates player ratings and customer cash transactions.
• Responsible for stocking supplies and all pit forms.
• Serves as Boxperson on Craps games.
• Assists in supervision of Table Games during a shift.
• Assists in directing the operation of all Table Games in accordance with Indiana Gaming Regulations and internal controls
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Proficient in English verbal and written
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Knowledge of casino rules, procedures, and Regulations as related to Poker/Table Games required.
• One (1) to two (2) years supervisory experience preferred.
• Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of game and dealing techniques required.
• Must qualify for, obtain, and maintain a gaming license from the Indiana Gaming Commission, with access to the vessel required.

• Visually acuity-distinguish colors, shapes etc
• Ability to have professional interactions with guests.
• The Ability to visually monitor multiple tables simultaneously.
• Ability to lift, carry, and push objects up to 25 pounds
• Ability to bend, reach, twist, and stretch repeatedly
• Must be able to tolerate exposure to bright/flashing lights
• Ability to tolerate fast-paced, high pressure environment
• Must be able to work from a seated/standing/walking position for extended periods
• Must be able to tolerate large crowds/high traffic
• Ability to tolerate temperature variations
• Must be able to communicate in a loud environment.
• Ability to work in a smoking and noisy environment
