An established technology-driven consulting and analytics organization is expanding its Artificial Intelligence practice and seeking an experienced AI Tech Lead to join its growing team. This fully remote opportunity offers the chance to build enterprise-scale AI solutions leveraging Databricks, Generative AI, LLM frameworks, cloud technologies, Python, SQL, and modern MLOps methodologies. Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of professional AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science engineering experience
- Experience designing and deploying production AI systems
- Advanced knowledge of Databricks ecosystem
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, and Generative AI applications
- Strong Python development experience
- SQL expertise
- Experience implementing MLOps best practices
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience with AWS Bedrock
- MLflow expertise
- Knowledge of Unity Catalog
- Experience with BI platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Domo
- Previous experience serving as a technical lead or principal engineer
- Master's degree in a technical discipline
