Contract Duration: 6+ Months
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing administration, governance, and continuous improvement for Brand Central and associated brand enablement platforms.
- Oversee and optimize the onboarding process for Brand Stewards, and enhance workflows, communications, reporting, and support functions.
- Identify, design, and implement automation solutions to boost operational efficiency and enhance user experience.
- Assist in integrating brand standards, guidelines, and governance frameworks into AI-driven tools and agents.
- Collaborate with Technology teams, external vendors, and internal business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver new brand enablement capabilities.
- Contribute to the development of brand learning initiatives, including the creation of training materials and change management resources to drive enterprise adoption of brand tools.
- Support strategic projects aimed at Brand Enablement Transformation and strengthening enterprise-wide brand cohesion.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in program management, governance, marketing operations, knowledge management, or digital platform administration.
- Proficiency with workflow automation, AI technologies, and Microsoft 365/Power Platform.
- Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, analysis, and communication.
- Experience in supporting change management, user adoption, training, or community-driven programs.
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable process improvements and technology solutions.
