What You'll Do

• Assist residents with daily care and activities under the supervision of licensed nursing staff

• Take and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure

• Help residents with walking, positioning, transfers, and mobility needs

• Weigh residents and accurately document information

• Respond to resident and family needs with compassion and professionalism

• Work with the care team to promote resident comfort, safety, and well-being

What You'll Need

• Completion of a Nurse Assistant Training Program with certificate required

• Ability to obtain CNA certification within 120 days of hire

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively with residents, families, and team members

• Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care

• Ability to pass required employment screenings and background checks
