Establish governance models, metrics, and operating rhythms to ensure consistent execution and accountability across teams.
-
Own resource planning, prioritization, and allocation to optimize delivery against business and program commitments.

Build and develop a strong leadership pipeline and high-performing engineering organization.
Qualifications:
-
Advanced Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline with a minimum of 15 years of prior related leadership experience.

-
Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to align engineering priorities to operational and commercial objectives.
