What You'll Do

• Assist residents with therapy treatments and rehabilitation programs

• Help residents improve mobility, strength, and independence

• Monitor resident progress and communicate updates to the therapy team

• Educate residents on exercises and recovery techniques

• Support individualized therapy goals and treatment plans

• Help create positive rehabilitation outcomes for residents

What You'll Need

• Associate degree from a Physical Therapist Assistant program

• Current Washington PTA license in good standing

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Passion for helping residents improve their quality of life
