We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Contact Center Team Administrator (TA) to support our dynamic service center operations. This role is essential to ensuring smooth daily operations by assisting contact center representatives and management, and by helping deliver exceptional service across our client programs.

This is a 100% remote position and can be performed from any location within the United States.

The company leads is a specialized division within the companies brands, dedicated to delivering high-quality, high-conversion leads to affiliated brokers and agents across The company's six residential real estate brands.

We manage a variety of national real estate programs that offer consumers a compelling value proposition during one of life's most significant financial decisions. These programs connect customers with certified, trained agents from the company's owned or franchise brands. In many cases-and where legally permitted-participants may receive cash back or an equivalent benefit upon completing a purchase or sale transaction with a referred broker and agent.

Contract Duration: 09/28/2026 to 02/09/2027

Required Skills & Experience

• 2-3 years business experience preferred

• Previous customer service experience in retail, financial services, or a contact center environment is a plus.

• Strong computer proficiency with the ability to navigate multiple systems and platforms.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities; capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting.

• Adaptable and open to change in a dynamic work environment.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.

• Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.

What You Will Be Doing

• Accurately process lead submissions in accordance with established client program guidelines, which may include lead interaction via phone, email, text and chat.

• Manage incoming customer emails across program-specific inboxes in a timely and professional manner.

• Conduct research and complete broker close-out tasks, including proactive follow-up with program members and brokers as part of the customer nurture process.

• Manually create and/or update records in customer CRM as applicable.

• Maintain high standards of data accuracy and meet productivity benchmarks as defined by key performance metrics.

• Navigate and operate various software systems.
