Standard Job Description

Performs a combination of manual and clerical duties to receive, store, and issue equipment, materials, and supplies in a central warehouse. Examines stock to verify conformance to specifications and invoices; stores articles according to identifying factors; fills orders or issues supplies from stock; requisitions stock to fill incoming orders; and prepares stock use reports. Determines methods or places for storage considering guidelines for temperature, humidity, weight or height limits, turnover, floor loading capacity, and required space.

Basic Qualifications

• Stockroom experience in handling and packaging small parts • Good computer skills • Good verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to work from and understand work instructions and procedures. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a customer service oriented, team environment • Must have the ability to obtain a secret clearance and must have an interim clearance prior to starting

Desired Skills

• Experience in kitting and handling material following established ESD, FIFO, and cleanroom guidelines • Microscope experience, good math skills, handle/package small parts • Good computer skills with proven proficiency in SAP utilizing standard receiving, issuing, and transfer transactions as well as Microsoft Excel, transactions in the Warehouse Management System and Outlook • Experience with Word and Powerpoint a plus

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $40000.00 - $74400.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
