  • Take ownership of inquiries from start to finish, ensuring a positive experience
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and recommend process improvements
  • Support cross-department collaboration to resolve complex issues
  • Manage assigned tasks and shifting priorities with independence and accountability
  • Document findings, decisions, and follow-through clearly and consistently
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High attention to detail with strong organization and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and Outlook Email
  • Analytical thinker who is comfortable learning new systems and tools
  • Self-motivated problem solver with interest in process improvement and growth
  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team
  • Spanish proficiency is a plus, not required
  • SQL or advanced data skills are a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

WHAT WE VALUE

  • Initiative and accountability
  • Desire to grow and take on challenges
  • Willingness to speak up, share ideas, and support others

COMPENSATION & INCENTIVES Base pay starts at $18.00/hour, with performance-based incentives that reward accuracy, initiative, and team contribution after 6 months.

WORKING CONDITIONS This is a full-time, in-office role between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Work is performed at a desk in a standard office environment. Must be able to sit, talk, hear, and use hands regularly; occasional lifting up to 25 pounds may be required.
