What the Student Assistant in Systems Administration does:

You’ll get to dive into the world of computer hardware by helping set up Windows and Mac systems and troubleshooting like a tech detective. You’ll even get to build and test network cables—yes, tools are involved—and keep all our gear organized and ready for action.

On the software side, you’ll help with data entry and assist in configuring and troubleshooting software across different platforms. You’ll also help manage network table data and keep our software setup clean and efficient. It’s a great way to learn the ins and outs of how everything works behind the scenes.

And there’s more! You’ll help organize files and inventory, pull cables, tidy up rooms, and label items like a pro. It’s the kind of work that brings order to chaos—and it’s surprisingly satisfying.
