Pay: $24.00 an hour

Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee daily clerical and administrative activities.

Assist with employee scheduling, attendance tracking, and timekeeping records.

Maintain accurate files, reports, logs, and employee documentation.

Input and update data in company databases and systems.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management review.

Answer phones, respond to emails, and communicate with employees, vendors, and customers.

Assist with payroll-related documentation and processing as needed.

Monitor office supply inventory and order supplies when necessary.

Train and support clerical staff on office procedures and company policies.

Ensure compliance with ABM standards, safety policies, and confidentiality requirements.

Assist management with special projects and operational tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
-
High school diploma or GED required.

Associate degree preferred.
-
Previous clerical, administrative, or office support experience required.

Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-
Ability to maintain confidential information.
-
Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
