We are currently looking for a friendly and reliable Front Desk Assistant to join our team in Palatine,IL
Job Summary
As a Front Desk Assistant, you will help create a welcoming experience for residents and guests while supporting daily front desk operations. Responsibilities may include:
- Welcome and assist residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Receive, organize, and distribute packages, including items weighing approximately 10–50 lbs.
- Use an iPad to receive, track, and record packages
- Work closely with security, maintenance, and management when needed
- Complete basic shift reports and document any incidents
- Follow instructions and company procedures carefully
- Use company applications for scheduling and basic reporting tasks
Schedule: Monday to Friday 12:00pm to 8:00pm (40hrs)
Pay: $16.00/hour Biweekly pay
Requirements:
- Bilingual Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
- Previous experience in front desk, customer service, or similar roles is preferred.
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality
- Background check and drug test will be conducted.
- Available to start working as soon as possible.
