The Utah Department of Corrections Division is looking for a motivated competent individual to be Support Service Coordinator II. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for discovering innovative ways to support our department! As the Support Services Coordinator II, you may perform a variety of support services, such as training and auditing of related programs, inventory control, coordinating fleet vehicles, budgeting, purchasing leases, and other related administrative functions. In this position, you will oversee essential support staff functions, supervise subordinate Support Services Coordinators, clerical or other support staff. At this level you generally operate at a bureau/division level, and, as such, the work is complex. You may analyze actual expenditures and expenditure patterns and prepare materials to support appropriation requests; defend or assist in the defense of the agency appropriation request. You also may prepare budget needs and annual reports of organizations. THIS IS CURRENTLY NOT A TELEWORK POSITION.
