Fleet Maintenance Clerk

The Fleet Maintenance Clerk supports the daily administrative and data management functions of the Fleet and Maintenance department. This role is responsible for entering and maintaining fleet data, processing purchase orders and invoices, managing records and reports, and handling general office duties such as filing, mail, and phone support.

Wages: $19.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and maintain accurate fleet and maintenance data.
• Process purchase orders, invoices, and related documentation.
• Maintain vehicle records, reports, and departmental files.
• Answer and direct phone calls and support general office operations.
• Work closely with Fleet and Maintenance leadership to support departmental needs.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of office or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong computer, organizational, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptable and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
