Medical Receptionist – FlexStaff (Temp)

Responsibilities:

• Performs diversified secretarial duties including, but not limited to:
• Typing various forms of correspondence
• Scheduling appointments, meetings, etc.
• Transmitting various documents using computer, mail, and/or fax
• Recordkeeping
• Maintaining files and filing systems
• Taking meeting minutes
• Receptionist duties
• Maintaining office inventory and ordering supplies
• Performs related duties, as required.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
• Prior clerical experience, required.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Must be able to work Monday-Friday and any 8 hour shift between 7am-7pm
• Previous Medical Office Experience, strongly preferred
