This is a wonderful opportunity to stay active, meet new people, and support our residents, families, visitors, and staff in a welcoming senior living community.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner

• Greet residents, visitors, family members, and vendors

• Collect, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages

• Assist with light administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and organizing paperwork

• Help maintain the reception area and ensure a welcoming environment

• Provide general information and assistance to visitors

• Support various departments with occasional clerical projects

Qualifications:

• Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor

• Comfortable answering phones and interacting with the public

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality

• Basic organizational skills

• Reliable and dependable attendance
