Position Overview: As a Substitute Guest Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing support during peak periods or staff absences. Your exceptional customer service skills will help ensure a positive experience for guests and a smooth operation at our campus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet guests and students upon arrival, providing assistance as needed.
• Manage incoming phone calls and inquiries, offering information about our programs and services.
• Assist with scheduling and confirming appointments for beauty treatments and consultations.
• Keep accurate records of client interactions, appointments, and other relevant information.
• Resolve any guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient and welcoming atmosphere.
• Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth running of operations.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or guest relations preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to multitask.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
