JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

****Schedule: 7a-3:30p, including an every other weekend and every other holiday rotation

Job Duties

**- Stock patient and family snack rooms with food, beverages, and supplies.

  • Monitor inventory levels and replenish products as needed.
  • Rotate stock and check expiration dates to ensure food quality and safety.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of snack rooms and storage areas.
  • Transport food, beverages, and supplies throughout the hospital.
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection prevention standards.
  • Communicate inventory needs and supply concerns to leadership.
  • Support other Food Services functions as assigned.**

Required Skills

**- Strong attention to detail and organization.

  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices preferred.**

Physical Requirements

**- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

  • Ability to push carts and transport supplies throughout the hospital.
  • Ability to lift and carry food products, beverages, and supplies.
  • Ability to work in storage, kitchen, and patient care environments.**

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

- Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent
