Description
WHO WE ARE
Come join the company at the center of how the world adopts AI securely. Cyera’s mission is to give enterprises the confidence to embrace AI safely — deciding exactly what it can see and do as it reaches deeper into the business. We started by solving the hardest problem in data security: finding and securing data faster and more precisely than anyone thought possible. That foundation is now the essential AI trust infrastructure for the Fortune 1000. We’re hiring mission-driven talent to put those leaders at the center of our story.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Cyera is seeking a Program Manager, Identity Security - Customer Success to design, own, and optimize scalable programs that help our customers adopt and get lasting value from Cyera’s identity security solutions. This role is a key interface between the Customer Success team, Product, and Sales Engineering, and will balance program management, content creation, and execution.
As identity becomes the control point for how people, machines, and AI agents access enterprise data, Customer Success teams need deep fluency in identity security and a repeatable way to bring customers to value. You’ll partner with Customer Success leadership, Product, Product Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to bring clarity, consistency, and creativity to onboarding, adoption, and readiness efforts. From CSE training tracks and customer onboarding programs to playbooks, presentation decks, and other materials, you’ll ensure that every asset is accurate, aligned to brand standards, and built for usability and visual polish.
This is a high-impact role for someone who combines strong project ownership with a sharp design eye and a passion for helping customer-facing teams succeed through thoughtful, high-quality content and programming.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Customer Success programs, including onboarding and adoption, across the identity security lifecycle.
- Own initiatives end to end, from concept and stakeholder alignment to content creation, delivery, and results tracking.
- Build readiness programs and learning paths that give CSMs working knowledge of identity security, including IAM, PAM, IGA, ITDR, and non-human and AI agent identities.
- Create clear, on-brand, visually engaging playbooks, presentations, and guides, and keep layout and branding consistent across formats.
- Partner with Customer Success, Product, Product Marketing, and Sales Engineering to align programs with priorities, messaging, and launches, and relay customer feedback and adoption blockers.
- Track and report on program metrics, such as onboarding time, adoption, and CSM readiness, and iterate on program design.
- Manage timelines, approvals, and dependencies, and support content QA and version control.
Requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4+ years of experience in customer success, program management, enablement, or learning & development, preferably in cybersecurity or B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record designing and delivering programs that improve customer adoption or field performance.
- Working knowledge of identity security concepts, including IAM, IGA, PAM, SSO and MFA, and Zero Trust.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated visual design ability and proficiency in Google Slides, Canva, PowerPoint, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication and editing skills, and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
