Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship.

Charles Schwab's Retail Digital team is responsible for defining, delivering, and managing the lifecycle of our platforms and services which enable digital interactions with clients, at scale. Our digital experience is the way that most clients interact with us daily, and we’re focused on creating the best experience possible for our users.

Key Functions:

Working hand in hand with an agile scrum team, the Senior Product Manager (individual contributor) is in charge of user story creation, prioritization, grooming, UAT, and oversight of up to 10 self-service cross-channel experiences as well as the primary point of contact for all production bugs and client escalations for these experiences. The Sr Product Manager must be a client advocate, understand diverse client/account/role needs, clearly define UX Research and Design requirements, and deliver experiences built for scale. The ability to quickly learn complex technical systems and think outside the box when problem solving is critical to meeting the dynamic demands of the business.

What You Are Good At

  • Define product vision, outcomes, and an outcome-driven roadmap aligned with client needs and business priorities.

  • Lead discovery and opportunity validation using client and prospect feedback, market insights, stakeholder input, and analytics; translate findings into clear experience requirements and priorities

  • Build stakeholder consensus and prioritize work by balancing client value, business impact, risk, feasibility, and technical investment

  • Partner with UX to design accessible web and mobile experiences, and with engineering and architecture to assess feasibility, sequence dependencies, and develop implementation and release plans

  • Own backlog priorities, user stories, and acceptance criteria; champion effective Agile practices across planning, refinement, daily collaboration, reviews, and demos

  • Understand the systems, data flows, integrations, and architecture supporting the experience; partner across technology, business, service, marketing, risk, and compliance to deliver releases and resolve production issues

  • Serve as the experience subject matter expert, clearly communicating product direction, decisions, dependencies, and performance

  • Define success measures and use Adobe Analytics, Splunk, operational data, client feedback, and experimentation to identify friction, measure outcomes, and guide optimization

  • Demonstrate AI fluency and use AI-powered tools to accelerate discovery, insight generation, roadmap planning, backlog refinement, experimentation, measurement, and communication while applying sound product judgment

  • Ability to uncover business intent, synthesize complex inputs, set priorities, and turn insights into actionable product direction

  • Strong digital and technical fluency, with experience partnering cross-functionally to design, launch, and optimize complex experiences

  • Ability to influence without direct authority, build consensus, and communicate effectively with teams and executives

  • Curiosity, sound judgment, and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications:
